Sažetak
New 400 kV dual system transmission line was build between Croatia and Hungary to improve EU and South East European countries power transit. Transmission line operates since February 2010. Phase voltage and currents measurements and simulations on Croatian part during stationary and faulty conditions are presented in the paper. Voltage and current waveforms were measured during open-circuit test while induced voltages on both 400 kV systems are measured respectively during circuit energizing and opening at the end of the line. Simulation model of 400 kV dual system transmission line is made in ATP-EMTP program. Voltage and currents values and waveforms during single line to ground fault test are compared with values and waveforms obtained by ATP-EMTP program.
