Ergonomska prosudba udjela ljudskog faktora na unutarnjim plovnim putovima

In the master – vessel (navigation composition) – traffic environment system on inland waterways, the shipmasters are exposed during their work to several simultaneous factors of subjective disturbances. The traffic environment is defined wider than the working environment of the steering-room and includes characteristic traffic situations, traffic parameters of the traffic process such as form and method of navigation, organisational parameters of the operator’s company, climatic conditions, conditions of daily and night navigation. Systemic ergo-assessment of the intensity of overall psycho-physical efforts of the master has been carried out by numerical value of the index of importance Iv which is used to integrally and equally recognise both the influence of the percentage of occurrence of single factors of subjective disturbance P(%) and the influence of the average grade ō for the evaluation of the intensity of subjective disturbance. According to the numerical value of the index of importance Iv all the factors have been classified into groups of dominant, important and negligible ones. The increase in the number of respondents from 12 to 22 and the change of weights in the formula for the index of importance Iv have not significantly affected the ranking of factors. The percentage belonging PIv of all dominant and important factors has been analysed in one, two or three standard groups: human factor, traffic means and traffic environment. According to the general theory of drivers’ behaviour, the change in the share of the group of factors – human factor – can cause simultaneous change in the master’s capability and the task requirement. For final results the number of respondents should be increased.
