MOTIVATION FACTORS IN ECNOMICALLY DIFFERENT WORK ENVIRONMENT
Article is dealing with the differences in opinions regarding motivation factors in wood processing and furniture manufacturing companies in times of normal business environment and in times of economic crisis. The research was conducted in two separate years. First part was conducted in the year 2006 when the economic environment was normal for all wood processing and furniture manufacturing companies. The second part of the research was conducted in the year 2010 when economic crisis in Croatian industry was at its peak. The results show that employees think of safety and physiological needs much more in a time of crisis, and in a time of normal economic conditions they are much more motivated by employment safety, social conditions and company reputation
