Preparatory movements with ball

Everything a man does, he does for certain purpose or because of certain interests. Exercises are also done for various reasons and interests – to be healthy and physically fit, to from our body, to be in a good mood, to feel better, to have fun. We do exercises to meet our natural and cultural needs. We know that man’s childhood and youth is the best time to introduce physical culture and education and to influence physical development of the human body. This is why physical education should be a vital and important part of a young person’s development towards maturity. Only a well organized and prepared lesson will lead to proper physical development, to fitness, to good looks and good figure and will prepare young people for everyday life both physical and mentally. In this paper we will deal with a group of typical exercises with a ball, which ensure whole body activity in the introductory part of a PE lesson.
