Building and maintaining an organization that is introducing quality management system requires competence in cultural changes, acquisitions of reliable practices, implementation strategies and effective organization structure. Organization culture is only one of stages of culture whose building process is long, complex and never-ending. Process of introducing organization culture guarantees competitive and comparative advantages for that organization in terms of less expenditure, workers with more motivation and increscent of organization's prestige.
