An assessment of the reliability of the inverse procedures in the structural change detection based on the residual force approach

An attempt of the valorisation of the modal parameter extraction techniques such as Eigensystm Realisation Algorithm (ERA [1]) and polyreference, based on mass change detection performance of the methods in the residual force approach has been performed. As the measure of the efficiency of the procedure the percentage of the error in the mass change detection is applied.
