Kognitivna ergoprosudba ljudskog faktora u željezničkom prometu u Republici Hrvatskoj

For the introduction of any form of ITS with adaptive impact on the recent traffic situation in order to control the drivers or for active assistance to the driver operating a transport means it is important to determine the dominant and significant factors of ergo-assessment related to the group of factors human factor. The previous studies indicate that while operating the locomotive or railcar the engine drivers are exposed to cumulative effect due to the action of several concurrent and interrelated factors of disturbances from the traffic and working environment, which additionally results in the reduction of their reliability and safety. Cognitive ergo-assessment of the “engine driver – transport means – traffic environment” system for fifty engine drivers who operate in practice all types of locomotives and railcars in the Republic of Croatia has enabled insight into the structure of the systems of all the concurrent ergo-assessment factors. Systemic ergo-assessment of the intensity of the total psychophysical effort in past studies has been enabled by introducing index of importance IV which is used to integrally and equally recognize in case of all engine drivers both the impact of the percentage of occurrence of single factors of subjective disturbance P(%) and the impact of average grade ō for the evaluation of the intensity of subjective disturbance. According to the numerical value of the index of importance IV all the ergo-assessment factors have been divided into groups of dominant, important and negligible ones. In accordance with the internationally recognized methodology for the analysis of traffic accidents, this paper analyses the percentage belonging PIv of all the dominant and important ergo-assessment factors into one, two or three standard groups of factors: human factor, transport means, and the traffic environment. The percentage share of all the factors from the group human factor is minimally partially 31.63% to maximally collectively 69.24% due to overlapping, i.e. concurrent belonging to other two groups of factors (traffic environment and/or transport means) as well.
