Use of hierarchial kinematic chains in purpose of movement in 3D computer animation
Modern technological achievements make use of advanced methods of visualization simulation of the human musculoskeletal system. Multimedia multidimensional computer programs provide a realistic view of human movement. By using 2D graphic tools we can display static content to be extremely photo-realistic, while in 3D animation remains the unresolved problem of displaying graphic scene as real scene captured with camera. In this study models of hierarchical kinematic chains are developed and the application of the same problems in 3D computer animation is defined. Also technological shortcomings of these models which will be achieved in the future in order to become more realistic virtual scenes are explained.
