The paper focuses on the stability at centric pressure of 200/60/15/2 thin-walled Z-section beam without lateral restraint, and with lateral restraint by trapezoidal steel sheeting T 53/162, 5/1.It follows that the critical stability force with laterally restrained beam is 2, 68 times bigger than the one without a lateral restraint.
