US Adriatic Charter initiative and cooperation is important instrument for promoting regional security and stability as well as prevention of Illicit Trafficking through Adriatic Sea. Regional security and stability as well as the fight against international terrorism, organized crime and corruption will remain long-lasting commitment. The A3 partners intend to undertake specific steps to strengthen the security of their borders to counter these international threats to the political stability of the region and the future of our countries. Broadening Adriatic Charter cooperation in the Global War on terrorism is very important due to fact that more than 40% of financial resource for terrorists activities come from drugs trafficking and due to fact that the Balkan Route of Narcotics Illicit trafficking worth $92B.
