TRENDS IN CREATING HOTEL OFFER IN ISTRIA
Changes on the international tourist market and implementation of new technological achievements seek adequate innovations in the hotel offer. Hotel offer need to be adjusted to the wishes of individuals. Therefore, the offer should be primarily created by their wishes (love of music, wines, hobbies, technology …). This principle should be a guideline in the success of a hotel. Today’s consumers of hotel offer expect good service and they are willing to pay for it. Istria is the destination with the longest tourist tradition. The development of Croatian tourism has been initiated in these areas. This is a tourist destination with very fine climate. It is also a destination that is easily reached by great number of tourists from Middle Europe. This tourist destination denotes the quality of events, abundance of activities, culture and tradition.
