Final choice of the best candidates is very complicated and tough part of the whole process. Analytical Hierarchy Process is well known method which represents firm support to any decision maker, not only in mentioned field. AHP method is usable in any business area or private life wherever there is need to pick out of more alternatives and each alternative has more features.
