The kinetics and mechanism of the oxidation of N- hydroxyurea the Mn(III)TTEG-2-PyP5+ was studied by conventional and stopped-flow spectrophotometric methods in UV and visible region. The reaction product were identified as: CO2, NO2- and NO3-.
