The paper give an overview to development of the process of educational integration and inclusion in the Republic of Croatia in the last 25 years. It gives legislative basis of integration in Craotia, summary of the research studies into educational integration in Croatia (directed to children with special needs, their peers, parents and teachers), prerequisites of integration and research and a list of Croatian NGO-s in the field.
