The efficiency of marketing in hotel industry
Hotel industry is a tourist activity. This activity is performed in hotel objects. Their total offer comprises hotel product. This is joint name for all services, facilities and attractions of hotel object. The activities of marketing in hotel industry are aimed to bring together the supply and demand of the tourist market. The efficiency of marketing could bee evaluated on the basis of the analysis of hotel product sale and the evidended total costs. These should be compared with the results of pervousos years as well as with the results obtained by competitors.
