It's all about changes and human resource management
Changes seem to be one of the major reasons of project time and cost overruns. If there is no qualitative scope control and keeping the project within set constraints fails, it can easily lead to the collapse of the whole project. The paper clarifies human resource management role in change management and managing changes in the segment where human resource management has the greatest impact. Without adequate competencies responsible for qualitative project management, project cannot be successfully completed if its conditions undergo constant changes and movements. Becoming aware of human resource management relevance in specific project, can have great benefits on success of project completion.
