Sažetak
The dispatcher's workload in the process of central rail traffic control represents an important factor which affects the quality of making decisions on the optimal method of traffic flows. The dispatcher’s workload depends to a large extent on the application of the support system in making decisions in the process of rail traffic control. Considering this fact, it is very important in the design of such a system to pay special attention to cognitive ergonomics of the dispatcher. This paper shows a model of the decision support system based on the expert system fuzzy logic. This model is used as the basis to define the influence of the decision support system on the improvement of the dispatcher’s cognitive ergonomics.
