Nonlinear simulation model of the HPP with double regulated turbine
The paper presents a mathematical model of a hydroelectric unit with double regulated turbine which uses linear approximation by parts method for description of non-linear turbine characteristics. Detailed model of double regulated turbine for large perturbation analysis is explained. Hydro unit efficiency is also included in the model. Auxiliary mathematical tools for measured data processing are also described. The simulation results are compared with measurements made on-site at the HPP Dubrava.
