New Qualitative Trends in Hotel Offer Management
Life standard influences changes in the behavior of tourists. The demand for tourist and hotel offer is more and more characterized by the income of the population. The higher the income, the greater is the number of tourists traveling. The characteristics of demand in global conditions are: fragmented vacation, more individual tourists, new forms of vacation, tourists who are becoming more aware of tourist offer and its quality ; tourists feeling a growing need for changes and seeking an active and exciting vacation. Contemporary way of living in global conditions requires a hotel offer which will aim towards decreasing the stress people are experiencing every day, as well as towards helping people overcome difficulties at work and in their personal lives. It is thus necessary to create an offer which will satisfy various tourist needs, arising from life style and cotemporary conditions man is facing every day. It is possible to create an ambience which will have a positive influence on relaxation and regeneration of the human organism. This can be achieved by creating various forms of offer. Alongside alluring elements of hotel offer, information, innovation and knowledge are becoming new resources of hotel industry, but also crucial elements for the competitiveness of hotel offer.
