Determination of L-ascorbic acid in natural samples and dietary products by flow-injection analisyis

Electrochemical analytical techniques(amperometry)have been studied for determination of L-ascorbic acid in natural and dietary products. The electrochemical biosensor was constructed by using gelatin and crosslinking agent glutaraldehyde to immobilise tyrosinase(Mushroom tyrosinase), polyphenol-oxidase or ascorbate-oxidase on graphite electrode.Amperometric measurements were performed using standard electrochemical cell and flow-injection cell(FIA).As a referential analytical method spectrophotometry has been applied.
