Sažetak
The amorphous-silicon p-i-n color detector behavior is experimentali demonstrated. The detection of three fundamental components of visible light is based on the relatively low mobility and lifetime of the photocarriers generated within the structure. Sensitivity for the blue, green and red components of light is voltage dependent. The influence of light intensity on the color detection is examined by photocurrent measurement under different monochromatic bias illumination. The method which allows the extraction of color information from photocurrent measurements is presented.
