Dynamics Of The Developed Grinding Power Outputs Of The Hand Grinding Machines In Common Operation
This paper present the results of the measuring the dynamics of the process of grinding plate edges of the relief of the cut-off edge surface and welds, in which several hand grinding machines have been used;the plates were used that of the ship section panels. The applied measuring method was based on recording the generator power output as a function of time. The obtained mathematical relations between the developed grinding power outputs and the number of grinding machines used in common operation and the value of intermittence. The following has been found out: with such a relatively favoruable arrangement of grinders no interference occurred as in the closed spaces of the ship and the interval when a large number of grinding machines were used in common operation occurred rarely during working shift: besides, during the grinding process the amount of the developed effective power was considerably lower than the possible one.
