Minimally Invasive Neurosurgical Approach to Orbital Tumor Surgery
The authors operated on 98 patients with different orbital space-occupying česions using small supraorbital cranioorbitotomy<. eyebrow keyhole approach.The most frequent findfing were haemangiomas 20/98, followed by meningeomas 20/98 and neurinomas 4/92. The authrs have fonud the eyebrow keyhole approach is safe procedure with low rate of complications when performed by experienced orbital tumor surgeon.
