Graphical tool for telecommunication network definition and presentation

This paper introduces software tool NET for solving graph-oriented telecommunication problems. The outlines of applied graph description model are hereby presented. The characteristics of graph description language, related data structure and graphical user interface contained in the tool have been pointed out. The paper gives a full description of the compound function that enables the connection of different algorithms whit that programme.
