Cryptanylisis of the genetic code.
Protein coding and synthesis in biological systems is, together with all other clear text information of the genome, found in DNA and RNA strings consisting of 4 nucleotide base combinations. The bases define 64 codon triplets, i.e. 20 amino acids and 3 stop codons. First, we establish the links between coded and clear text genome regions with respect to the protein structure. Second, we present error-correcting/circular codes that accurately define RNA, DNA and protein coding. Third, we show the analytical ability of the procedure by cryptanalysing protein messages with respect to their informational content.
