EVALUATION OF THE CHIRAL RECOGNITION MECHANISM BY HPLC AND NMR
CSPs based on L-alanine and 4-chloro-3, 5-dinitrobenzoic acid (CSP I) were reported by our group and used for the liquid chromatography resolution of several racemic dihydropyrimidonic compounds (DHPM), known biologically active substance. All analysed DHPM compounds were resolved with reasonable separation factors. Herein, we report the NMR study of the soluble chiral selectors similar to above mentioned CSPs against a DHPM compounds.
