Lymphocytic infiltrate of Jessner: an unusual presentation
Lymphocytic Infiltrate of Jessner is an uncommon disorder characterized by benign infiltration of T-lymphocytes in the skin. There is still unclear opinion whether lymphocytic infiltrate of Jessner represents a separate condition or a stage of other disease. The common sites are present on the sun exposed areas, face and neck. We report a 43-year-old female patient with slightly infiltrated pink plaques involving covered skin of anterior side of chest. There were no clinical signs of systemic disease. Findings on direct and indirect immunofluorescence were negative. Histology and immunohistochemical study was preformed on skin biopsy, suggesting the diagnosis of lymphocytic infiltrate of Jessner.
