Canonic Relations of Human Body Abilities and Some Elements of Life Saving Operations at Sea
The test has been done on a sample of 129 males, aged 20 - 21. The research dimed at establishing canonic relations among motor abilities (Containing 24 variables) and some elements of life saving operations (Containing 7 variables). The method applied was the Cooley and Lohnes, 1971 analysis. On the basis of maximum correlation between a pair of linear functions of two variables unito, three characteristics canonic roots have been obtained. The first factor contaimed 57 %, the second 40 % and the third 29 % of the common variance. The variance generators are probably central regulating mechanisms which influence biomechanic coordination of practicular motor activities in life saving operations at sea.
