Nuclear energy, yes or no?

Discussion of the main problems associated with the long term use of nuclear power. In addition to the short and medium term issues such as economics, waste disposal and accident safety, paper considers long term issues. These are the possibility to contribute in industrial and transport use of energy, sufficiency of nuclear fuel and nuclear proliferation safety. Proliferation safety is not primarily a technical problem, but it could essentialy affect the future use of nuclear energy.
