Due to the changing structure of media users, and the widely spread Internet usage, more and more media have turned to convergence. Media convergence can be manifested in various forms, stretching from interconnected media promotion to the integrated newsroom of several media. This occurrence brings forward changes in media organization and management. These changes occur in the newsroom organization, usage of different content distribution platforms and new marketing possibilities available to the media management officials. There are numerous objections to the media convergence, dominated by the criticism of profit as the main objective. However, media convergence is ethical at the level of individual ethical standards of owners, journalists and editors.
