Development of fibrillar structures in chromoplasts of Chelidonium petals
The epidermal cells of the very young flower bud of Chelidonium contained leucoplasts with a few internal structures, mostly vesicules and some plastoglobules. As the flower bud was growing, these colorless plastids differentiated into chromoplasts in which fibrillar structures arose.
