Selection at establishing technological process ability in wood processing and furniture manufacturing

Today’s trend of globalization of world market, competition and greater demands of customers, made quality of products and services one the most important factors required to conquer the market. All that impacts on wood processing and furniture manufacturing in the Republic of Croatia because of it’s constant orientation to export as the only way of surviving. According to that, the aims of research are defined so the results and conclusion can make decisions on choosing of criteria influencing technological process ability in wood processing and furniture manufacturing more simple and easier. The overview of established facts on that issue an ideas of world known experts are given in Previous research chapter. The research polygons have been chosen and described in Work methods. During the period of year and a half the relevant data has been gathered and processed to present most effective factors for each polygon. Based on the research, this work is a discussion on known (traditional) and modern quality assurance models and it represents the scientific basis for implementing particular model in particular firm. Set goals are achieved and particular guidelines for future research are established
