Structure of emplyees substitution
Based on performed analysis there are proposed solutions for remuneration system which would prefer differentiated remuneration of all employees in firm according to their level of output or competence. In the paper there is proposed the structure of remuneration system for employees as also the interface of particular fractional systems of human resources management with granting the incentive wage element.
