Sažetak
This paper proposes a model layout of computer automated process for amplification of pattern defects in ceramic tiles manufacturing process. The method relies on differential digital holography. Holograms and hologram reconstructs are constructed using optical reflection, diffraction and transmission. Proposed model layout consists of light source, optical lens, LCD display, CCD sensor and computer. Both holograms and hologram reconstructs are processed using personal computer. Process schematic of the proposed model layout is explained. Advantages and disadvantages of the model layout are also discussed in the paper.
