Sažetak
The novel pyrimidine (3-6) and purine (12-19) acyclic nucleoside analogues containing (Z) containing (Z) 4-amino or 4-aminohydrochloride-2-butenyl side chain were synthesized to evaluate their antiviral and cytostatic activity potency. The pyrimidine (3, 4) and purine (12) derivatives with free amino group were obtained using Gabriel amine synthetic methodology white the corresponding aminohydrochloride salts (5 and 6, 12-19, respectively) were prepared either from their amines or directly by acidifyng their N-phtalimido derivatives. Results of antiviral and cytostatic activity evaluation will also be presented.
