Sažetak
The State Administration today must be focused on higher work efficiency and transparency. The values in State administration have been emphasized as well. More and more importance has been given to the organizational culture. Therefore the paper discusses the design of the organizational culture inside State administration. The factors of the organizational structure inside State administration will be analysed as well as the basic conditions of the State administration organization. Eventually, the main elements of the organizational culture inside state administration such as values, climate, and managing style, will be analysed.
