CHOOSING OF PRODUCTION SYSTEM MODEL
Each manufacturing process has general characteristics which coming from manufacturing program (assortment of products which are processed, their quantity, manufactuting dynamics), production equipment (the way of manufacturing, flexibility, productivity and time for preparing and finishing the process), space layout (model, korelation's factor, flow of work piece), system permeable capacity (the number of operations on one equipment, bottleneck) and utilization gradients (technical and economical). The conceptual characteristics coming from manufacturing program (one or more products), structure of manufacturing model (single capacity or production system), and flow of materials (flowing in line, flexible flowing, flowing in waves, flowing against purpose and kind of process). Thirteen basic models of manufacturing systems are possible to be formed by combinations of above mentioned charateristics. Based on production policy, targets from project's task and results which coming from Process Method of Grouping the Work pieces, the optimal way of launching has to be define. Finally, based on all mentioned the optimal basic manufacturing system model has to be determining which produce specified assortment of work pieces in same stable production condition on optimal way.
