Sažetak
In this paper, recently proposed method for fast evaluation of reactor core loading pattern based on novel machine learning technique, Support Vector Regression - SVR, is analysed in respect of two SVR specific application issues: the input vector structure and the SVR parameter influence. The results of the experiments suggest that input vector structure is of secondary interest, and that focus of the research should be pointed to the adaptation of the SVR mechanism, namely optimization of the SVR parameters, to the requirements imposed by the application of the SVR method for the evaluation of core loading pattern.
