Transition of Professional Training for Regional and Local Authorities to the European Bologna Standards (opportunities and challenges)

Republic of Croatian was one of the first countries that have undertook serious reforms in the field of education, professional and scientific. The paper examines some experiences and problems that all the subjects within that process have met with. There are some suggestions as to possible corrections.
