The primary aspects of the research are transaction costs and vertical integrationusing electronic aided logistics, electronic and electronic documents. The paper introducdes results of the research showing savings up to 1, 2% of the GDP for any country. The savings have been calculated for each organization type, showing their structural position in the supply chain.
