Application of the Vibration Signal in the Feedback System for the Milling Machines

There is a positive co-relation between the strength of the vibration signal and the depth of the drilling. The Research paper examines the relation between the vibration signal of the diagnostic apparatus DI-1100 and the depth-of-cut at which the milling machines is operating. from the relation, the feedback signal is defined through the diagnostic sensor, and is used to control the depth of the cut. on the basis of the impulsion transfer function for the milling machine with the lead controller, feedback model for the milling machine has been worked out.
