Regarding STD students consider education, obligatory physical examinations and screening would solve the problem. School has a big role in solving problems such as bulling, learning problems, violence in school and families and poor diet together with parents. Medical students consider that educating children, parents and teachers, nacional prevention programs, bigger state taxes and restrictions regarding selling alchocol and cigarets to children are all crucial to help prevent addictions. CONCLUSION: Final year medical students are aware of health and social problems of elementary and high school population and student population. The problems are similar throughout last seven years. Some problems are stated in every generation such as STD and addictions for high school, housing and poor diet for students. Conflict with parents is freqent in 2000. and 2001. and violence among women is stated only in 2007. In official health reports these problems are not recognised except acute respiratory infections and accidents which indicates involvment of medical students organizations in health care organization.
