Retrobulbar neuritis in patients with multiple sclerosis
Multiple sclerosis is adisease, which most commonly affects females, what is consistent with other investigators findings. Many MS patients do not report pain during the eye movement. VIsual acuity is also significantly reduced, while disorders in color vision affect only half of the patients. Changes in the posterior part of the retina, primarily temporal pallor, were recorded in most of the patients, while the shadow in the paranasal cavity was noticeable only in a smaller number of our MS patients.
