Influence of the Shear Stress Component to the Decrease of Critical Strenght of Reinforcement Composite Element at Static Multiaxial Load
An overview is presented of the experimental and theoretical research of the behaviour of GFRP at exposure to static multiaxial load. Upon completion of experimental and numerical analysis, first carried out at uniaxial atress and then at multiaxial complex stress, it was concluded that the shear stress component had the most important influence to the decrease of critical strenght of the tested specimen. The numerical analysis were made for the plain state of stress.
