Hybrid e-learning model dependency upon used LMS system
E-learning is becoming a trend in modern teaching. Increasing usage of ICT and adoption of new pedagogical methods are just some of characteristics of today's teaching methods. Teachers are forced to use modern methods of education that imply e-learning applications which are the result of emerging use of ICT in education, enabling learner to gain knowledge from any place at any time, with or without the mentor, to share experience and problems with other participants and to test their own knowledge with on-line exams. Hybrid organization has, of course, showed the best results for academic communities and for courses that are the beginning of e-learning because it includes traditional methods that are combined with so called on-line components, where Internet technologies have significant role. In this paper we will show correlation between teaching methods within hybrid organized course and the usage of different e-learning systems and criteria that must be considered in organization of hybrid course so it will achieve optimal results.
