Analysing the Decision Process of Motor-Camp Managers

Decision-making is one on the most important functions of management. The focus of this function is optimising the decision process to provide solutions capable of resolving a problem or set of problems in an optimum or satisfactory manner. One way of optimising the solution to a given problem is to analysis the problem itself from the viewpoint of eliminating the causes of the problem to the fullest possible extent. Given the importance of motor-camps in Croatia’ s tourism offering, this paper demonstrates how the potential causes of existing problems can be eliminated through analysing the entire process of resolving specific problems relating to motor- camps.
