Experience of developing and implementing School Notification System in Croatia

This article presents the experience of development of SMS-SNS from the idea itself, through the architecture, and finally its implementation within telecommunication network. Given implementation experience covers period from the moment of application sale till it’ s conversion into service. Major problems and pitfalls are explained faced by the potential service provider, as well as instructions for avoiding them in order to transform application into profitable service.
