Thinking of economic growth as a part of an overall developmental process of a country and understanding the transition just as its first phase, the authors bring into the question the possibilities of the market as the only driving force of economic growth and thus analyse not only the neoliberal but also some other theorethical approaches to the transition process and the role of state , with special regards to the enterprise fostering.
