Sažetak
The self-organization of germanium quantum dots (QD) in QD superlattice with rombohedral (R 3 m structure) is achieved by a substrate temperature controll and by subsequent thermal annealing of the magnetron sputtering deposited (Ge+SiO2)/SiO2 multilayers. The polarized low-frequency Raman measurments shows the symetric and quadrupolar spheroidal vibrations of Ge nanocrystals. The coherent effects on these vibration is observed on Ge nanocrystals organized in Ge suprecrystall. It will be shown that the coherence effect is dependent on the degree of Ge-ordering in supracrystall.
