Sažetak
Grafts of allogeneic skin, placed 1 day after transplanted myeloid leukaemia, were rejectedmore sloslowely tahn in normal animals.Labelling of leukaemia cells with 51Cr indicated their accumulation in the graft beds. It is concluded thae leukaemia cells, being immunologycally inert, impair the immunological reactivity of the host by replacing their normal, immunologically competent cell counterparts.
